What ATEX/IECEx certifications do your oil & gas products hold?
Our explosion-proof cable glands, junction boxes, lighting, and control panels hold ATEX (EU 2014/34/EU via Notified Bodies including TUV Rheinland, SGS, CSA), IECEx (international), and UL (North America) certifications. Each product ships with the certificate copy and the production batch is traceable to the FPC audit. We can also provide project-specific certificates for EPC tenders.
Can you support our EPC project with full documentation?
Yes. For EPC projects we provide: (1) certificates of conformity, (2) material certificates (mill certificates on request), (3) hydrostatic test reports, (4) FPC audit reports, (5) installation manuals in your language, (6) country-of-origin certificates for customs, (7) packing lists and commercial invoices for Letter of Credit (L/C) payment. Typical documentation package is 8-12 documents per shipment.
What is your typical lead time for an oil & gas project?
Standard products ship in 7-15 days. Custom configurations (e.g., custom junction box layouts, special cable gland thread types) ship in 15-30 days. For EPC projects with phased deliveries, we coordinate to your construction schedule and can hold inventory in our Xiamen warehouse for staged release. Emergency/breakdown orders are typically dispatched in 5-7 days with a small expedite fee.
Do you offer IECEx-only or ATEX-only products?
Most of our explosion-proof product lines are dual-certified (ATEX + IECEx), so you do not need to choose. For specific tenders, we can supply IECEx-only or ATEX-only variants. We do not sell CE-only self-declared equipment for Zone 1 or Zone 21 areas.
Can you provide references from oil & gas buyers?
We can provide references from buyers in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Latin America on a confidential basis, subject to the buyer’s approval. For serious tenders we can arrange a video reference call with a past buyer (with their consent). On-site factory audits are welcome at our Xiamen facility.
